The system also includes an Admin Dashboard to view all registered users.

Domain Summary

This project demonstrates the practical application of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science concepts in conversational systems. NLP techniques such as text preprocessing, intent classification, and entity extraction are used to understand user requests and manage conversations efficiently. The chatbot provides an interactive registration experience while ensuring data accuracy through input validation.

How I Completed This Task

I started by designing the chatbot interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I then developed the backend using Flask and implemented Natural Language Processing with NLTK for text preprocessing. A Machine Learning model was trained to classify user intents and manage conversations. The chatbot collects registration details step by step, validates user inputs, stores successful registrations in the database, and displays them through an Admin Dashboard. Finally, I documented the project, created a GitHub repository, and demonstrated the working application through a video.

Outcome

The AI Registration Assistant was successfully developed with all the required functionalities. The chatbot can understand user requests, guide users through the registration process, validate information, store records securely, and display them in the Admin Dashboard. This project enhanced my practical knowledge of Python, Flask, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, database integration, and chatbot development.
