How to Request Your Internship Certificate: Complete Step-by-Step Process

Introduction

Completing internship tasks and receiving a certificate are separate steps in many project-based internship portals. Finishing the work does not always mean a certificate is generated automatically. Follow the program's eligibility rules.

Complete the Required Work

Make sure required tasks are completed according to the internship rules. Check your dashboard for pending tasks.

Check Task Status

Review whether any task was Auto-Submitted or otherwise failed to meet submission requirements. Follow the program's certificate eligibility rules.

Prepare Project Evidence

Keep your GitHub repository, YouTube demonstration, screenshots, documentation, and other required evidence accessible. Test public links using an Incognito or Private browser.

Submit the Request

Use the certificate request option in your internship account when eligible. Enter the required information carefully and submit the request.

Allow the Work to Be Checked

Evaluation may consider task completion, project quality, link accessibility, documentation, originality, and compliance with internship rules.

If the Request Is Rejected

Read the reason carefully. Common issues include Auto-Submitted tasks, inaccessible links, incorrect project submissions, missing requirements, or other rule violations. Check the program rules about resubmission.

If the Request Option Is Missing

Check whether all required tasks are completed, eligibility conditions are satisfied, and there are pending requirements in your account.
